The staff showed attentiveness and professionalism. I had a fine mountain view from the Superior Double or Twin Room Mountain View. Breakfast included great options, and the parking was convenient at a reasonable price.
The spotty Wi-Fi in the room was mostly unusable. I needed a stable connection , and this was an inconvenience. I hope they improve it soon.

the location includes on-site parking, a very convenient addition. the staff members were very helpful and friendly .
The room was basic, including a small shower in the bathroom. there was a sign stating "no takeaway food allowed in bedrooms" and this applied to anywhere inside the hotel. I had to sit outside to eat.

the room provided amazing views of the park. it was also quite close to the town center, so i could easily walk there. the staff were friendly and helpful.
i noticed there was no takeaway food allowed inside. i thought it would have been nice to have a designated area for this purpose inside the building.
